We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa and Mastercard) in addition to Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna.
We strive to process all orders within 24- 72 hours with the exception of holidays and weekends. Once your order have been processed it then takes an additional 2-8 days for items to arrive at your door. Total shipping can take up to 10 days. USPS Retail Ground estimated 2-8 days and Priority Mail takes an estimated 1-3 days on domestic shipping.
We will exchange ( if item is available), all exchanges/returns must have receipt/order number, items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping cost on all returns and have 7 days from when the order was delivered to return items for an exchange or store credit. They must fill out our return form and ship your items back to us. The return form will have all the information needed to send back the items. Packages that does not qualify for exchanges or store credit will be returned back at customers expense. Customers will be responsible for paying the shipping label when returning items to us. We do not cover shipping cost on returned items. Once your package is received, we will inspect it and ensure there is no damage to the returned items and issue an online store credit minus shipping fees. This process may take 1-3 business days. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before we ship it out.
We typically use United States Postal Services (USPS) but occasionally use Fedex and UPS.
If your order has not shipped then you may contact customer service via email or messenger asap and we will try to rectify shipping address.
At this time we are able to offer Small, Medium and Large and sometimes X-Large.
