Refunds / Return / Exchange Policy

** No cash refunds, only store credits or exchanges (if item is available).***
Final sale items include undergarments, clearance items, accessories. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We will exchange (if item is available), all exchanges/returns must have receipt/order number, items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and free of odor (smoke). Customers are responsible for all shipping cost on all returns and have 7 days from when the order was delivered to return items for an exchange or store credit. Customers must fill out our return form first and ship your items back to us. The return form will have all the information needed to send back the items. Packages that does not qualify for exchanges or store credit will be returned back at the customer's expense. Customers will be responsible for paying for the shipping label when returning items back to us. We do not cover shipping cost on returned or exchange items . Once your package is received by us, we will inspect it and ensure there is no damage to the returned/exchange item(s) and issue an online store credit minus shipping fees or exchange the item(s). This process may take 1-3 business days. All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before we ship it out.
